Felicia Willis
Program Director
Felicia Willis is the director of the Zion City Outreach Center she graduated from Norfolk State 2006 with Bachelors of Arts Degree in Education with a minor in Psychology. In 2008 she completed her Masters Degree in School Counseling PreK-12. She loves ministry and loves to work with children.
Devon Stewart
Assistant Program Director
Devon Stewart is well informed about early childhood development. He utilizes and implements techniques that promote learning and growth in children, both collectively and individually. His physical energy, patience, and positive regard for children make him an effective educator.
